So they think Boris has 6th sense do they, Their local council should have been on the ball, they could have done things to help these people earlier they dont need the permission of the PM. He has sent the Army in to help. I often wonder if people check when they are buying houses in certain areas what the Scots are the reason Santa has a naughty list shirt of flooding is. This is a thing I admire about the UK and France; ordinary people not mincing words when meeting politicians that let them down, not even in the pressure of the moment with all the cameras It’s always the same. It’s always the government’s fault, no matter which party it is. It’s always someone else’s fault when their house gets flooded or subsides, or anything really. The response is always, ‘who can I grab money from and blame’. I genuinely feel very sorry for those affected, but those who think they are entitled to everything.
Scots are the reason Santa has a naughty list shirt, ladies shirt and tank top
What a joke politicians trying to look concerned and asking residents if they need any help. Of course, they need help. Are they blind? Do they go-round with their eyes closed? Must they really rub it in? Those people have gone through hell, these last few days. So, come on let us see some actions by all politicians mucking in to clean, rebuild and help those victims regain their properties. Most communities have more sense to get things done than all the double-faced politicians put together. I guess she’s off his Christmas card list then lol no wonder Boris is paid so well , been able to control the weather and all. Blame local councils for giving permission to remove trees and build houses in the places , because funny enough the roots take in water from the ground, remove trees you not only have less clean air you also have less growing things to absorb the water from the ground.
Scots are the reason Santa has a naughty list shirt, hoodie and sweater
If that’s their approach to the Scots are the reason Santa has a naughty list shirt then maybe the government shouldn’t help them its pretty much their own fault they got flooded their homes lie on low-level ground if they had any common sense you just wouldn’t live on a natural flood plain no point in blaming the government Sheffield learned from their lessons from 2007 so where the water couldn’t fill Sheffield just got funneled further downstream while it obviously sucks to get flooded it’s going to happen with the amount of rain that fell on to already saturated ground the best thing for the local council and government can do is move the people who live there and bulldoze the lot and turn it back to a natural floodplain or spend millions of pounds to build more flood defences and then the flooding will move to further downriver causing more chaos and devastating for different towns so the best and most viable option would be to move everyone simple and the only real solution to the problem.
